PETRO SHORE LLC

Petro Shore, LLC was formed in 2007 to hold the working interest of the Shore family in Longview, Texas. Petro Shore owns both non-operated working interest in wells acquired or drilled by other private E & P companies in the Ark-la-Tex as well as oil and gas wells operated by Shoco Production, LLC. The company operates exclusively in the East Texas Basin, which covers much of Eastern Texas and Northern Louisiana. Production comes primarily from the Rodessa, Pettit, Travis Peak, Cotton Valley, and Woodbine formations.
